As a team of working scopists and proofreaders with extensive backgrounds and experience, we are in constant contact with a tremendous amount of court reporters from across the nation- some with very big jobs, some with smaller jobs; some needing a scopist or proofreader daily, and some needing our services intermittently. Would you like to be able to pick and choose daily what you want to do? When you are selected to join Professional Scopists & Expert Proofreaders, Inc. you may pick which ever jobs you want to work on. You make 90% of every job that we provide to you and we invoice you for 10% of all jobs. So all you need to do is sit back, relax and scope and/or proofread. This document represents your binding agreement not to work directly with any court reporter that we have referred or provided to you except through Professional Scopists & Expert Proofreaders, Inc., and you agree to be liable for damages to Professional Scopists & Expert Proofreaders, Inc., should you violate this agreement. Damages to Professional Scopists & Expert Proofreaders, Inc., for such a violation would include, but not necessarily be limited to, the loss of revenues related to the violation, attorney fees, and court costs as well. Additionally, you should be and are now made aware that, should you violate this paragraph, your actions would also be contributing to a violation by the scopists of his or her agreement with Professional Scopists & Expert Proofreaders, Inc. You acknowledge that this within agreement between you and Professional Scopists & Expert Proofreaders, Inc., requires the utmost in trust, good faith, and honesty between you and Professional Scopists & Expert Proofreaders, Inc., and to do otherwise will harm and curtail an otherwise long-lasting and profitable relationship for all parties involved in this working relationship. The Superior Courts of the State of Idaho, County of Jefferson would exercise jurisdiction with regard to any such disputes arising under this agreement..
